Where
a false alarm has occurred on any real property or
premises, the owner or occupier of the real
property or premises shall be charged a fee of one
hundred dollars ($100.00) for each false alarm,
due and payable upon receipt of notice from the

unauthorized access by the alarm company,
eyewitness or electronic monitoring system before
police will respond. As before, the police will

by seniors or individuals with special needs.
